• Adept Foods will do its best to accommodate changes to an order if a request is received in a timely manner. Please call us or email us using the details on our Contact page
• Credit for damage in shipment will be assessed should your product been damaged in transport. We require you to contact us with pictures and notification within 5 business days of receiving your order.
• Any other return requests must be authorized by Adept Food and Beverage. Should you need to request a return authorization, please contact us in a timely manner, and we’ll be happy to help out. Returns received without prior approval will be at the discretion of Adept Food and Beverage.
• You agree to provide correct billing information and correct delivery information. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for any misplaced order if the information provided with your order is incorrect.
